Our Cucumber Cool Moringa smoothie is beautifully refreshing and delish. It's perfect as the weather gets warmer. Cucumbers are great as a thirst quencher. -1/2 cucumber - peeled and diced
-1/2 carrot - diced
-1 pear
-1 8oz can of Guava Nectar or Fresh Gauvas
-1 8oz glass of Lemon Moringa Tea
-A few pieces of chopped up ginger
-2 Tbsps of Bluebell Vanilla Ice Cream
