We love to shop. Here are a few things to add to your shopping list:

SHOPPING:
Chamomile Tea, Baobab Fruit Powder, Cute Mason Jars, Bento Boxes, Coconut & Papaya Soap

1. Chamomile Tea  - We found this chamomile tea that hails from the Andes. But the best chamomile tea originates of course from Africa, the Nile River Valley. We've included some links to some awesome tea companies that sell Nile Valley Chamomile...we'll be picking up some soon.

Chamomile from Egypt's Nile Valley is revered all over the world for its large floral buds, light yet complex aroma, and perfect pale golden colouration. The ancient Egyptians considered chamomile as one of the premier remedies for all manner of ills and ailments of the mind and body, and chamomile is still highly regarded as a calming, relaxing and natural way to unwind and rebalance the mind today.
